"AcryliCon floor is very easy to maintain if something was to go wrong. We have experienced that epoxy floors become harder and harder as time goes by and that they have tendencies to crack. It is now nine years since we had AcryliCon installed for the first time. In our type of production, the floor is exposed to acids. We tested AcryliCon prior to installation and exposed test items to different types of acid, amongst them were 70% Nitric acid.

The floor takes a lot of this harsh treatment. We had some discolouration on the test items, but this was dealt with by choosing the right colours for the AcryliCon Floor. This proved to be an elegant solution, the 'acid spots' blend in with the rest of the floor.
